“Karagre vasathe Lakshmi, karamadhye Saraswati, karamule tu Govindaa, prabhathe
karadarshanam”
is a way of manifestation. At the tip of my palm is where the
goddess of wealth Lakshmi lives; in the middle of my palm is where the goddess of wisdom
Saraswati lives; and at the base of my palm is Lord Govinda.

Dharma, truthfulness, cleanliness, tolerance, mercy, duration of life, physical strength and memory will diminish with each passing day. This will be because of the powerful influence of the age of Kali.” The author states that a human being has six enemies of mind which act as the
building blocks of the Kali Yug and are gradually putting an end to a humanitarian form of society. He further explains the impacts of the existence of these enemies in our daily lives and how we as human are tend to be affected by them. The author cites instances from history,
mythology as well as the present forms in which these evils exist in our lives and the ways through which a human being can gain control over these and follow the path of bliss.

The book ends with a note on how the Asuras would continue to rule the world in this age of Kali Yug and how we as humans must follow the Ananda Marga and move towards attaining happiness and silence in our lives. This book would grab the reader’s attention throughout providing them with kenspeckle stories.

Some of the major teachings from the book are:
* Do not go gentle into that good night.
* Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
* Celebrate small success

* Be the flower that tempts, be the bee that succumbs to that temptation.
* Beware of those who sell fear, beware of sources that sell guilt.
* What is the greatest wonder in this world? Every day, we see people die. And yet, every
person lives his life as if he will not die.
